Intinerary
- Very early in the morning (04:30 a.m.) we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to make the trip to the village of Chirihuani in the Cusipata District (Quispicanchis) where we will make a stop to enjoy a delicious semi-buffet breakfast,
- After a brief talk, we will board the minibus to continue the journey for 45 minutes to Phullapatawasi, the starting point of our hike at the foot of the Ausangate snow-capped mountain, to the highest point of the Cerro Colorado,
- During this trip we will have the opportunity to see the different varieties of South American camelids;
- Arriving at Cerro Colorado, we will have time to take pictures and enjoy the scenery of this enigmatic place.
- Afterwards, we will continue with our hike downhill and flat parts to the starting point of the hike (Phullapatawasi),
- Then we will board the minibus that will take us to Cusipata where we will have a delicious semi-buffet lunch,
- Finally we will return to Cusco. At around 17:00 hours, this is the end of the hike to the 7-color mountain.
- OPTIONAL: You have the option of renting a horse if you do not want to walk or feel tired, round trip 80 soles.

Un gran reto llegar a este lugar! Sientes que te falta el aire! En la punta estás con un 30% de tu oxigenación normal.
Es para valientes! Hermosos paisajes! Recomendado para ir solo
Debes caminar a tu ritmo sin dejarte presionar por los guías .. la subida promedio q no afecte tu salud es de 2 horas subiendo y 1 bajando.
Debes llevar dulces – agua- mucho bloqueador solar ..
Jamás te arrepentirás de tu gran esfuerzo .. es mágico !!
Sin lugar a dudas, llegar ahí es solo para valientes, ya que la caminata es dura por la altura y el frío, si no eres deportista o no te gustan las caminatas, recomiendo suban y bajen en caballo.
Puede que el camino sea dura y no porque sea empinado o con muchas piedras, porque en sí el camino es llano, el problema es la altura, la presión y el frío; a pesar de todo eso, la vista al llegar al lugar es hermosísimo y te sientes invencible poder disfrutar tal paisaje.

es un lugar muy hermoso es increíble se puede ver la cordillera con nieve, los lugareños muy amables con los extranjeros, el precio de ingreso es un poco costoso, se debe contar con una buena condición física aunque se recorra la mayoría del camino a caballo ya que la ultima parte si se debe subir a pie, la caminata provoca calor pero no hay que quitarse el abrigo por que el golpe de temperatura da un fuerte dolor de cabeza, llevar zapatos adecuados para escalar, agua solo para mojar de vez en cuando la boca sino resulta muy cansada la caminata con carga, se puede ver alguna de la fauna local. El cansancio es compensado con la impresionante vista
El viaje de Cusco hacia ahi son de aproximadamente 2 horas.
La subida hacia la montaña duro alrededor de 2 horas , se recomienda llevar casacas corta vienta ya que al llegar a la montaña corre bastante Viento.
