Intinerary
- Very early in the morning (04:30 a.m.) we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to make the trip to the village of Chirihuani in the Cusipata District (Quispicanchis) where we will make a stop to enjoy a delicious semi-buffet breakfast,
- After a brief talk, we will board the minibus to continue the journey for 45 minutes to Phullapatawasi, the starting point of our hike at the foot of the Ausangate snow-capped mountain, to the highest point of the Cerro Colorado,
- During this trip we will have the opportunity to see the different varieties of South American camelids;
- Arriving at Cerro Colorado, we will have time to take pictures and enjoy the scenery of this enigmatic place.
- Afterwards, we will continue with our hike downhill and flat parts to the starting point of the hike (Phullapatawasi),
- Then we will board the minibus that will take us to Cusipata where we will have a delicious semi-buffet lunch,
- Finally we will return to Cusco. At around 17:00 hours, this is the end of the hike to the 7-color mountain.
- OPTIONAL: You have the option of renting a horse if you do not want to walk or feel tired, round trip 80 soles.

Son 6 horas de caminata en total con mucho barro por la lluvia deben tener buenas zapatillas. Mientras subes vas sintiendo la altura hay opción de ir en caballo pero el cansancio es igual.
Al llegar al mirador todo el agotamiento se te va y vale la pena la montaña de 7 colores es hermoso.
Si se puede hacer en 2 días mejor… solo para no volver en bus el mismo dia. Lo recomendamos 100% porque de verdad que es único y espectacular, pero asegurense de aclimatarse algunos días en la región para no sufrir soroche….
Una zona donde se muestra una alfombra de la naturaleza, con unas montañas espectaculares del Cusco, un cielo precioso. el aire limpio que oxigena los pulmones. Super recomendable para todo turista aventurero a pesar de la altura y la caminata sobre los 4,800 msnm.
Ha sido una experiencia increíble, pasaron por nosotros Aprox a las 3:30 am del hotel, son casi 3 horas de camino al punto donde te preparan desayuno y tomas café, chocolate o té. Después a unos 20 minutos en bus, se encuentra el punto de partida donde inicia la aventura, Caminar 8 Km para llegar a la cima, realmente vale la pena, la vista es espectacular desde la cima, el paisaje en el transcurso a la cima está impresionante.
Montaña a 5100mts del altura sobre el nivel del mar. Viaje de 3hs hasta llegar al lugar y luego una caminata del mismo tiempo hasta la cima. Hermosa montaña y del otro lado se pueden apreciar los picos nevados.
