Intinerary

  • Very early in the morning (04:30 a.m.) we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to make the trip to the village of Chirihuani in the Cusipata District (Quispicanchis) where we will make a stop to enjoy a delicious semi-buffet breakfast,
  • After a brief talk, we will board the minibus to continue the journey for 45 minutes to Phullapatawasi, the starting point of our hike at the foot of the Ausangate snow-capped mountain, to the highest point of the Cerro Colorado,
  • During this trip we will have the opportunity to see the different varieties of South American camelids;
  • Arriving at Cerro Colorado, we will have time to take pictures and enjoy the scenery of this enigmatic place.
  • Afterwards, we will continue with our hike downhill and flat parts to the starting point of the hike (Phullapatawasi),
  • Then we will board the minibus that will take us to Cusipata where we will have a delicious semi-buffet lunch,
  • Finally we will return to Cusco. At around 17:00 hours, this is the end of the hike to the 7-color mountain.
  • OPTIONAL: You have the option of renting a horse if you do not want to walk or feel tired, round trip 80 soles.

Majestuoso lugar, paisajes increíbles y una montaña que impacta desde el primer momento que la ves. Un lugar maravilloso para conocer.

un lugar muy pintoresco con una cadena de nevados que se pueden apresiar desde su cumbre, una caminata de aproximadamente 3 horas depende de tu condicion fisica, es ecomendable informarse antes de llegar, porque se comienza asender sobre los 3800 /3900 y se lelgas hasta los 5100 o mas aproximadamente.

Soy de una ciudad con mucha altura, pero igual la montaña me costó subirla. El recorrido es agotador. Te buscan 3 de la
Mañana del hostel y 3 horas de caminata. Mezcla de climas y sensaciones!! Valió la pena subirla.. para gente que le gustan los retos!! La vista es buenísima

El poder visitar una de las 5 montañas más altas de Perú fue muy interesante, es exigente físicamente y el clima muy inestable, más vale tener cuidado e ir preparado

Una linda experiencia sobre los 5000 msnm, es para valientes!!! , Te recojen super temprano del hotel ( 3 Am) hasta llegar a Pitumarca donde nos brindarán un desayuno reponedor , debes llevar una mochila ligera con ropa que abrigue, guantes, gorro , bloqueador , galletitas para el camino y botella de agua , pastillas para el mal de altura y un poco de hoja de coca para el camino.
