How to get to Machu Picchu by train?

To get to Machu Picchu by train you first need to buy your ticket with the transfer service on our Inca Rail website. We will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Ollantaytambo station in one of our private vehicles. Once in Ollantaytambo, you can rest in our waiting room until you board your train.

The train will take you to Machu Picchu Pueblo and once there, our guides will accompany you to the boarding area of the Consettur bus, which is responsible for transferring tourists to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, you can begin your hike to the citadel.
