Intinerary
- We will pick you up (Hotel, bus station or coordinated point).
- We will make a brief stop to buy water, fruits or snacks for the road.
- After almost 2 hours of travel where we will see unique landscapes, we will arrive to this beautiful surrounded area from where we will be able to see this Canyon and the eye water of the Ica River.
- Inside the Cañón de los Perdidos we will see impressive formations, as well as the ancient Ica River.
- If you love adventure you can jump in and cool off (extreme caution is recommended).
- During our hike we will find fossil remains.
- At the end of the day, we return to Ica.

El nombre del cañón es curioso porque toda la ruta, camino que tiene un camino afirmado no está señalizada y sólo los conocedores saben como llegar.
El camino es un poco complicado y es 1 hora y media de viaje desde la carretera. Recomiendo una 4×4 porque todo el camino es rocoso.
Es para pasar toda una tarde o una mañana.
No recomiendo ir con niños muy pequeños.
Recomiendo ir pronto porque es un destino poco explorado y a mi me tocó estar en el cañón sola durante todo el día.
El cañón está en plena zona desértica, es impresionante el paisaje que se forma en medio de la nada.
Recomiendo llevar, bloqueador, agua, snack (porque es un camino largo), zapatillas y una buena cámara de fotos para registrar éste hermoso lugar.
Fuera del típico circuito que te ofrecen en Ica (la ruta del Pisco, Huacachina, Paracas, Nazca), terminamos en el pequeño poblado de Ocucaje, donde Dino ofició de guía, contándonos cómo en el pasado ese paraje totalmente desértico fue un lago, mostrándonos algunos restos arqueológicos, llevándonos a este parador hermoso.
