Las ruinas de Caral se ubican en el distrito de Barranca al norte de Lima. Una agradable oprotunidad para salir de Lima y darse un paseo por el norte chico.
Se dice fue una de las primeras ciudades de Sudamérica , en sus alrededores se ve la campiña de Supe al norte de Lima , también se puede apreciar gran parte de su centro de comercio y de intercambio, el clima es agraable en cualquier época del año y esta muy cerca de las playas del norte de Lima
A pesar de los años se llega a notar el despliegue de la cuidadela de Caral. se nota que la población fue extensa e importante en la zona. Es una zona de mucho potencial
Fuimos un jueves y habia poco publico, asi que pudimos hacer un monton de preguntas a los guias e incluso ver como hacian su trabajo de cerca… Eso si, lleva un monton de agua porque el calor es fuerte y hay que caminar como una hora y media bajo el sol del desierto.
Será un sitio al que se vendrá a Peru solo por visitarlo y no solo como ahora se viene por el Machu Pichu. Mejor hacer la excursión con agencia porque los ultimos 23 kilometros es por camino de tierra pero…MERECE TOTALMENTE LA PENA.
