Intinerary
9:00 am: We start. After hotel pickup, we head to an archaeological site located in the heart of Miraflores.
9:30 am: We arrive. Huaca Pucllana is an imposing complex consisting of a truncated pyramid and low structures surrounding it. The huaca is made up of plazas, courtyards, and interconnected enclosure systems from different construction stages. You shouldn’t miss Huaca Pucllana during your visit to Lima. We continue our journey to one of Lima’s most important museums.
12:00 pm: We arrive at the Larco Museum, considered one of the best museums in Latin America. Its new galleries showcase the finest and most complete collection of gold and silver from Peru, as well as a famous erotic ceramic collection.
3:00 pm: We continue to downtown Lima, where we’ll start a walking tour of the historic center to see Plaza San Martín and the Plaza Mayor, home to the Government Palace, the Cathedral, and City Hall. You can also visit the San Francisco Church and Catacombs (at your own expense).
5:00 pm: Ending the tour, we visit the famous Love Park for a walk with a beautiful view of the boardwalk. Return to the hotel.
7:00 pm: Then back to your hotel.

Descubiertas hace poco estas ruinas preincas son muy lindas, es raro que hace no mucho en el lugar se jugaba al futbol y era como un parque hasta que efectuaron los descubrimientos, lastima que el gobierno no aporta mas dinero para efectuar los trabajos.
Visitar este lugar fue muy enriquecedor e interesante para mi, es increible escuchar al guia diciendo que hace 50 años este lugar era solo una loma donde muchas familias solian ir los domingos a pasar el rato y a jugar futbol, sin imaginar que debajo de todas esas piedras y tierra se encontrara este santuario y que solo hace 20 años se empezaron las excavaciones.
Durante el recorrido tuvimos la oportunidad de apreciar las restauraciones que se estan haciendo y escuchar la explicacion del guia de como hace mucho tiempo atras este lugar fue construido a mano e inclusive observar las huellas de los dedos en los socalos.
Una construcción pre-inca que llama la atención porque las rocas que la componen son como de arenisca, distintas a las rocas incas, sólidas y basalticas. Es una lástima que los moradores del lugar la hayan ido consumiendo al tomar el material para construir sus propias casas, afectando gravemmente esta riqueza arqueológica.
Excelente recorrido durante una hora con una buena cantidad de historia y detalles. Ojalá el museo fuera más grande. Recomiendo el viaje
