educational and beautiful. lots of birds, pelican, boobies, terns and more plus seals. just a short ride from the pier plus you have an amazing view of the Candleabra carved into the cliffside. We had the added blessing of perfect weather and animals that were OK with the boat full of people coming fairly close. Absolutely wonderful!

We met Saolu from las adventures, when we arrived at parracas. From the first moment he was very friendly and polite. He also helped us to find our hostel. We decided to book a tour to the isla balletas, the shuttle bus to huacachina and also the nazca flight with him. Everything has worked very well. And he made us a really good price. I could write him all the time through WhatsApp and he responed my questions immediatly. He speaks also fluently english. He also gave me a little salsa lesson – it was quite of fun. So I highly recommend las adventures! They are doing a really really good job. You can really trust them.

Guides are friendly and helpful. Saw different kinds of animals/birds during the tour. Also fly over Nazca lines on the same day, fantastic view

We were picked up timely via private car from Huacachina to Paracas. Our tour guide kindly stored our luggage away and took us to the port for the group tour to Ballastas Islands which was wonderful. We were then dropped off at our hotel in Paracas and later picked up for the private dune buggy tour of the Paracas Reserve which was stunning. We had a wonderful time and would recommend Las Adventure.

My husband and I arrived by bus from Ica and ran into Wilmer at the bus station. After checking out the company at our hotel, we called Wilmer to book a tour the next morning at 8am. He picked us up at our hotel, boarding was orderly, a life jacket was waiting at each seat, the bilingual guide spoke excellent English, we were given lots of time to take pictures, the driver turned the boat around when possible so that both sides could get a close-up view and the guide pointed out animals that we might have missed. She also walked down the aisle to answer questions or take pictures. Great experience!
Tip: It can be somewhat chilly out on the water – take a windbreaker. The 8:00 tour is best with smooth water and fewer people.

We got Wilmer recommended by a friend and we booked straight with him.
We experieced the Baallestas Islands as well as the red beach and we had a fantastic time with good guids

This tour was a great opportunity to see penguins, sealions and hundreds of birds just offshore in a couple of hours. I loved seeing the ‘seal hospital’ with newborn seals and their parents on the beach. The driver was able to bring the boat very close to the islands. Our tour guide Jose was spectacular as he spoke English, Spanish, French, and Italian. He has a good sense of humour and gave a great explanation. This trip is great value for the time and money you will spend.

Visita ao Candelabro na península de Paracas e de seguida visita às 3 ilhas Ballestas, com observação de leões marinhos, meio milhão de aves, pinguins e caranguejos. Uma visita estonteante!

Der Ausflug war sehr schön und perfekt organisiert. Joel von Las Adventure hat den Transfer vom und zum Hotel und sogar einen sehr guten Platz im Boot für uns arrangiert.

Vorschlag für Kreuzfahrer mit Stop im Hafen Pisco
Wir waren mit Oceania im Hafen von Pisco, nebenbei bemerkt ist im Hafen selbst mit Taxis nicht zu rechnen. (Stand März 2019) Wir buchten über Las Adventure einen Flug über die Nazca Linien. Es klappte Alles perfekt, man wird direkt an Schiff abgeholt. Die Mitarbeiter stehen etwas abseits der großen Ausflugsbusse. Transfer zum Flugplatz erfolgt im komfortablen Minibus. Wilmer und seine Crew aus Paracas sind überaus bemüht, flexibel und seriös. Es werden natürlich auch andere Tagesausflüge ex Paracas angeboten wie Bootstour zu den Islas Ballestas, die von mitreisenden Freunden gewählt wurde, die ebenfalls sehr zufrieden waren mit der Organisation.

Ein wirklich toller Ausflug, bei dem man sehr nah an die Vögel und Seelöwen herankommt. Wir hatten sogar das Glück Delphine zu beobachten.
Unser Guide hat alles wunderbar organisiert und uns sogar an einem späteren Termin an dem Ausflug teilnehmen lassen, da wir den ersten Termin nicht wahrnehmen konnten.

Nous avons choisi la compagnie Condor Xtreme car les avis étaient positifs et elle propose un transport entre l’hôtel et la marina, ce qui nous semblait bien pratique. Le service était bien organisé et Wilmer, la personne qui s’occupait de notre transport et de nos billets très sympathique. Attention : les taxes pour entrer sur le site sont à payer en plus (ce qui était bien indiqué sur le site de l’agence) mais à la marina on ne peut payer que cash (ce qui n’était pas indiqué sur le site). Il y a moyen de retirer de l’argent sur place mais les frais sont élevés et cela prend du temps.
Le tour en bateau aux îles Ballestas, via El Candelabro (une montagne avec des signes en forme de chandelier) était agréable, dans un speedboat confortable accueillant une trentaine de personnes, avec un guide qui parlait espagnol et anglais (les explications étaient claires, avec une touche d’humour :-)). Le bateau fait de nombreux arrêts pour laisser admirer une grande variété d’animaux marins, de très nombreux lions de mer, oiseaux marins, pingouins (un peu moins nombreux), crabes… C’est une bonne excursion pour les amateurs de la nature qui désirent observer les animaux de (très) proche. Ceci étant dit, c’est aussi un endroit très touristique, il y a beaucoup de bateaux qui circulent en même temps et l’ambiance à la marina est très animée. Nous avons pris le tour de 8 heures, et étions très contents d’avoir vu autant de lions de mer se reposer et se déplacer sur les roches.
En résumé, transport vers la marina bien organisé, excursion agréable (en moins de deux heures, on voit beaucoup d’animaux et de belles vues des îles) ; idéalement avoir de l’argent comptant sur vous et une casquette, des lunettes de soleil et un pull. Ce serait utile que l’agence spécifie sur son site qu’il faut payer les taxes d’entrée à la marina en Sols.

Fue una experencia excepcional! hizo todo para organizarnos un dia personalizado con la visita de las islas ballestas, el parque nacional de Paracas e un transporte privado hacia Ica. Todas las actividades fueron muy agradables. Después, el dueño nos ayudó organizar nuestros viajes en Nasca y Arequipa. Con él todo fue facíl.

realizamos el tour de islas ballestas y de la reserva también junto a la familia de mi esposa, quedaron sorprendidos y contentos, las islas son una experiencia que nunca me cansaría de repetirla y la lancha recontra cómoda y buena explicación de cada uno de los lugares que visitamos y su historia, en la reserva de igual manera, es genial poder pasear y conocer cada una de sus playas, nos quedamos super contentos con el servicio y la atención de Wilmer mas que genial, esperamos regresar pronto.

La compañía nos puso muchísimas facilidades, vinieron a buscarnos a nuestro hotel, guardaron nuestras maletas y nos ayudaron y aconsejaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Muy buena organización. Todas sus excursiones merecen mucho la pena. Nos encantó!!!!!

El tour en sí es una maravilla. Si tienes poco tiempo para estar en Paracas (dura 2 – 3 horas) es el más recomendable. Además, en la agencia nos facilitaron nuestro transporte a Ica y nuestro siguiente bus a Arequipa, lo que habría sido complicado de otra manera por ser domingo.

Muy buen servicio fue excelente el trato de Wilmer 100% recomendado todo. Muy buena embarcación y el tour en general excelente…. Me e quedado con ganas de ir otra vez.

CondorXtreme, muy pendiente de nosotros, nos esperó en la terminal de buses, guardaron nuestras maletas y es un guía muy conocedor de las islas ballestas.

The tour guides were enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the tour itself was organised efficiently.

Worth mentioning that there is a 45min gap between the Ballestas Islands tour and that of the national park, where you come back to Paracas and can get a coffee or early lunch.

Great views. Up close to marine life I wanted to see. Fantastic price.
Arrive 15- 20 minutes early. We cut it a little to close but still made it. If you sit in back of the boat, its easier to get great picts but you will get wet. We went in October so didn’t get to see babies but still worth going this time of year.

Guides were super friendly and knowledgeable! The ballestas island guide pointed out a ton of different wildlife for us and was able to answer a bunch of questions. The paracas reserve guide was super funny and made sure we all had an enjoyable time. He also recommended a good lunch spot for after the tour.

The tour of both the islands and the national reserve were just wonderful. We saw Peruvian penguins and thousands of birds/sea lions on the islands. The boat would stop and get close enough to take photos. The national reserve was quite interesting. The lunch stop was on the expensive side but it was good. I would recommend taking this tour while in Paracas.

Loved this trip the boats were modern and the guide was really educational. I would do this again all the birds and animals are as advertised.
