Recommendations:

• For canoeing wear a polo shirt (preferably synthetic material), shorts, sandals, flip-flops or sneakers.

Time of Service:

• 1:30 hour approx.
• Includes transfer from the agency or hotel to the starting point, equipment set-up, technical talk, paddling drill, and the adventure on the river.

• Not recommended for pregnant women or people with heart problems.
