De la misma época de las pirámides de Egipto. Es difícil de llegar, un viaje largo desde Lima. Interesante para los amantes de la arqueología
En 1994, Ruth Shady probó que el asentamiento que había sido avistado por otros arqueólogos a lo largo del siglo (y que llamaban Chupacigarro), era en realidad la civilización Caral y que tenía, por lo menos 5.000 años. O sea, era contemopránea de la civilización mesopotámica y de la egipcia: por lo menos 4.000 años más antigua que Machu Pichu. Qué tal?
Está a 3 horas de Lima y vale toda la pena ir hasta allá.
Impresionante como se desarrollo este asentamiento humano antiguo y el nivel de conocimientos para la época en cuanto a construcción. Ideal para una visita de fin de semana por su proximidad con la Lima Metropolitana.
Caral debe ser una visita obligada para todo aquel que desea ir reconociendo de dónde y cómo viviamos.
Caral es impresionante, entender su organización y la importancia que en ese entonces tenían los elementos de la naturaleza es realmente alusinante.

Tienen un personal guías muy buenos TODOS, incluso hay acceso fácil a dialogar con la Antropologa que lo descubrió, buen trato, buenos servicios, realmente muy bueno.
